Story & values
The Saol retreat was born from the mission to create a simple approach to learning how to live a balanced and purposeful life. We set out to bring together retreat lovers from around the world in hopes of inspiring and coaching them to have healthier minds and bodies– all while staying at an incredible hilltop wellness resort.
The Saol team
Your hosts are guest service and wellness directors from around the world who will ensure you have an enriching journey. The programme is inspired by Thai culture, developed with local life guides and finessed by our hospitality team. We’re here to get you unstuck, reconnected, engaged and ready to start a new chapter in your life.
Saol Values
Sustainability
We take sustainability seriously and make it easy to live green. We work with EarthCheck and have a Green Engagement Team on site. We have recycling bins in place, compost our food waste and have water and power management systems. Our hotel is also single-use plastic free.
Simple Living
At the core, Saol is simple and balanced. Everything you learn can be taken back to your everyday life after the retreat. Our routines, exercises, adventures and meals are straightforward and uncomplicated.
